The primary driver renting any of our cars at Pugachev Service must be the age of 25 or older. Even after adding extra drivers to the contract, driver over the age of 25 is the one to take full responsibility for the hire vehicle. Drivers under the age of 21 are NOT allowed to drive our rental cars.
Foreign clients must ensure the arrangement of insurance documents when renting our vehicles for more than two days. Pugachev Service also offers this service to our customers from overseas. For those visiting from abroad that do not have insurance documents, the security deposit for our exotic car rental Miami is subject to be higher.
Parties renting our cars must be able to commit to cover the extra fee for every additional driver, and understand that this fee will be higher for 21-24 year old drivers. Customers must be able to provide a valid driver’s licence and ID ahead of renting the vehicle, including all parties wishing to be able to drive the subject vehicle must be present at the time of vehicle delivery or pick up.
All dates of receipt/return for our exotic cars must be scheduled in advance, so it is necessary that all drivers wishing to rent from us are able to secure particular dates for the end of their rental terms.

If illegal activities are going to be carried out on or with our vehicles.
Transportation of other people in order to make money or profit in any way, or if unlicensed drivers are using the rental for driving lessons.
For speeding and performance tests or other situations where the car will need to go above the normal speed limits, such as in demonstrations, high-speed contests or endurance races.
For the moving of heavy objects or towing, that could damage our cars.
For driving on unpaved surfaces, as this could put our customers in danger and bring damage to our vehicles.
Once you have ensured that you meet our requirements for luxury car rental hire, please consider following steps of the booking process. Before the car is delivered, a deposit needs to be paid upfront between $1,000 and $5,000 depending on your insurance and the model you wish to hire. All renters must also understand that any damage to the car will be in full responsibility of the renter, and we advise choosing a good insurance policy before taking any of our vehicles.
Once you’ve chosen which car you are going to rent, you will need to arrange payment. Pugachev Service Exotic Car Rental accepts all forms of payment with the exception of personal and business checks. We will not charge your account until you have received the car, but car rentals gift certificates or refunds are not allowed. Cancellation charge is minimum $500 or 50% of overall rental.
All vehicles must be refuelled with high-quality gas, or if returned with an empty gas tank a refueling fee of $9 per gallon is subject to apply.
