For a Miami Airport arrival, share the flight and a reachable contact number. If you want a convertible for two but arrive with several large suitcases, discuss a separate transfer and later car delivery. Agree villa access time so your arrival does not precede the permitted check-in.
A day on the water: keep the route coordinated.
Choose a yacht by guest limit and duration, then plan travel to the marina. Include children, swimming preferences, drinks and food requirements. Confirm boarding and price inclusions before travelling. Avoid scheduling the yacht return immediately before a flight.
