List adults and children, the sleeping arrangements you need and any preferences for privacy. Ask for the exact bedroom and bathroom layout, bed configurations and access between spaces. A home with the right bedroom count can still be unsuitable if its arrangement does not fit your group.

Connect the address with the daily itinerary

Compare the proposed location with your plans for beach time, meetings, dining, the marina and the airport. Use the actual address when discussing transfers or parking. A broad area label is useful for an initial search but does not establish the practical journey from a particular residence.

Clarify whether the group wants quiet time at home or frequent trips out. Those two priorities may point toward different choices.

Verify the home and its inclusions

Request current photographs of the specific property, not an illustrative collection. Confirm the kitchen, outdoor areas, working space, connectivity and any access needs important to you.
